Return & Refund Policy:

We stand behind the quality of our tack and offer a money-back guarantee within 10 business days of receiving your item. Please note that the original shipping cost is non-refundable. For orders paid with a credit card, a processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount. To avoid this fee, we recommend paying via check.

Important Conditions:

• The product must be clean and in new, unused condition to be eligible for a return. Items that do not meet this standard will not be accepted.
• Custom orders—including special sizing, colored overlays, conchos, or bling/crystals—are non-returnable.
• Clearance Items are considered final sale and are not eligible for exchange or return.

At this time, we are not shipping internationally. Orders placed outside of the continental United States will not be processed.
