Our sidepull works awesome for all of the above, and is an especially popular headstall with Icelandics. The jowl strap is designed to keep the headstall balanced over the horses face, so no twisting. The headstall is designed for 1/2" width material in all places except the brow and nosebands. COLOR OPTIONS AND CUSTOM LOOKS!

The Sidepull comes in black, brown, yellow, pink, blue (royal), red, hunter green, saddle brown or violet Beta Biothane.

An overlay color (in shiny biothane, no charge) or a pair of high quality silver or antiqued conchos may also be selected below to dress up the browband and/or noseband. A pair of conchos are typically offset on the brow so they are roughly underneath the ears.

Crystals (on a nickel plated rivet) are extremely popular. We`re offering two different amounts for this headstall; medium and light. Medium will give you crystals on the brow and poll bands (or put them all on the brow!), and Light, brow only. Quantity of six to nine crystals will be used on each strap; will depend on the length of the strap, that is, horse, arab, or custom size. Typically I`ll spread the crystals out evenly, but if you`d like a simple, custom design just make a notation in the comments box. I will always intermix a primary color, like purple, with clear crystals, unless you comment otherwise. Crystals come in amber, purple, red, light blue, clear, light pink, light green, black and a synthetic turquoise stone.
