Shipping info:
We primarily ship USPS Priority Insured. If your product order is over four pounds, then we'll most likely ship FedEx.

Payment info:
we can accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, check, money order and PayPal.

Returns/exchanges/alterations:
Sizing alterations on our beta biothane products are typically very inexpensive, so even if you purchase a different horse years down the road or order tack that doesn't quite fit properly, let us know! We definitely want your tack to fit your horse comfortably.

Most items can be exchanged for any item of equal or lesser value as long as the returned product has not been used, has not been customized with a color overlay, conchos or crystals, or is a custom size.

We will make every attempt to make a product work for you and your horse. However, if you need to return an item, you may do so within two weeks of receipt -- Your money will be refunded less shipping charges and a 10% restocking fee (non-saddle products only), unless again, as mentioned above, the item has been customized.

Moss Rock Endurance is owned by Lisa and Paul Douglass.  We live near Colorado Springs, and have been involved with horse for as many years as our lives have allowed! Lisa is passionate about endurance riding but we both have additional interests in trail, Competitive Trail, Dressage, Jumping, and Western riding.
